Top Talent Still on the Board: Best Players Available for Day 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft
As Day 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft looms, there’s still an abundance of talent left on the board for teams searching for sleepers. Though the best of the best are off the board, there are some standout players left who might be able to contribute right away.
At the front of the pack is Xavier Thomas, an athletic edge rusher with top-tier speed and excellent pass-rush ability. Tyler Benson, an all-around running back with a reputation for explosiveness and soft hands in the backfield, is another guy who was predicted to go higher.
In the secondary, Chris McAllister, a ball-hawking safety with excellent field vision, might be a steal in the later rounds. Luke Daniels, a solid offensive lineman with great strength and technique, is still on the board and would add depth to any team’s line.
Wide receiver Devin Brooks has shown big-play potential throughout his college career and possesses a combination of size and speed that teams covet on Day 3.
With so many quality players remaining on the board, get ready for a mad dash as teams seek to bring in depth and find future gems. Day 3 won’t have the same pizzazz as the first two days, but it’s where rosters are really constructed.
